Dangerous Cosmetics on the Rampage
Teenage girls love looking good, smelling good and feeling good. They like to use cosmetics, skin care and combating acne products, cosmetics and personal care products the body. Teenage girls and use the vast quantities of these types of personal information.
What’s wrong with that? Just that. It has been known for quite some time that many big name cosmetics, personal products and Skincare products, which (not me) use every day, and that teenage girls use in large amounts daily, contain dangerous ingredients.
Dangerous Cosmetics
Components which are in some cases, which are known to cause cancer.
Lipsticks Take, for example. A recent survey of large brand Lipsticks said that more than 50% contained lead. Lead? Is it really does not lead dangerous? Yes it is, and you’ll find it in our Lipsticks.
One product actually contains commonly used pesticides.
And a recent study showed that there are hormone disrupting chemicals in many of our cosmetics, and that teenage girls surveyed have up to 16 of these hormones dangerous disrupting chemicals in their bodies.
This scandal. There are organizations set up to combat this as the campaign for Safe Cosmetics Turning green and teenagers. And there is a database, where you can actually search for product names and company names and find out that chemical substances are contained in the products, the expected risk of these chemicals and assess the risks on a scale of 1 ot 10
In Europe, this problem has been recognized for several years and the European directive prohibits the use of hazardous ingredients in cosmetics and skin-care and personal care products.
Is there a similar law in the U.S.? No. Does the FDA does not protect us from unsafe cosmetics? No.
What can you do? You can certainly add some of these organizations, such as the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and add your voice in the growing cacophony protest on this issue. But of course, cosmetics and skin care are huge companies turning over $ billion, so expect a fight. Big business does not have a proud record of protecting consumers through safe products. Just take a look at the tobacco industry.
What else can you do for themselves and their teenage daughters? Use safe skin care and safe products. There are several excellent growers in the stated commitment to the production of safe products, including cosmetics and skin care products, and these are also highly effective products of high quality.
Cosmetics and skin care and personal care and beauty Products Company may sign what is actually called the Compact Cosmetics and safe public evidence of their commitment to product safety. Many companies that have done and you can find out what in the campaign for safe cosmetics. You will not find the names of major brands of cosmetics and Skincare companies listed there.
So they are not things you can do. Get involved, or if not then buy safe and effective products for skin care and cosmetics. One line of skin care products, the company that signed the compact and makes it totally safe products for skin care, is probably the best in the world and the most effective skin care products. I completely safe for teenage girls, or to use.

I rather stick with smaller brands like faceboutique.com which do not use chemicals in their products. They’re all natural and work very well. I don’t want chemicals in my body.
